1965

Giovanni Coppiello, born in 1939, started a small horse meat butchery after gaining diverse work experience in his youth.

1966

The first small butcher shop is opened.

1980

Due to a fire, the small butcher shop became unusable, and we were given the opportunity to move 100 meters ahead into a newly constructed building.

1965-1995

Step by step, the company grew and established a significant facility that today celebrates 30 years of activity.

1996

The company transformed from a small charcuterie workshop into an industry and moved to its new headquarters in the industrial area of Perarolo di Vigonza, creating the first charcuterie company in Italy to process only horse meat.

2012

The latest and most important expansion saw investment into 3,600 m² of premises dedicated to the processing and packaging of products, with IFS (International Food Standard) certification.

2017

We expand to Japan.

2018

A unique event called the “Sfilacci Street Festival” was created at the store location, featuring a themed evening with a menu based on our products. It was a moment of conviviality and joy shared with our customers.

2019

We celebrate the founder's 80th birthday.

2020

A significant renovation takes place in the butcher shop, with the redesign of various workshops for cooking and preparing ready-to-cook products. A highly appetizing product is created, used as a base for many preparations sold in the store, and the “PADUELLO” trademark is registered.

2024

The municipality of Vigonza awards us a prize as a historic company that has been present in the Vigontino area for over 50 years.
