A unique product in our range is the horse bresaola, made with 100% horse meat, without any pork components. With its sweet and slightly aromatic flavor, bresaola offers important nutritional benefits: it is rich in iron, protein, and B vitamins, making it ideal for all age groups, from children to the elderly. Additionally, we produce it without lactose and gluten, making it suitable for everyone!

In our selection of aged products, those that continue to stand out are the horse salami and soppressa, made according to ancient recipes that combine experience and passion. Horse salami is distinguished by its strong yet delicate flavor, with a firm texture and unique aroma, the result of slow and natural aging.

It is a cured meat that recalls the ancient culinary traditions of our region, perfect for those who enjoy high-quality cold cuts. Horse soppressa, on the other hand, is the result of a special processing method that enhances the flavor of horse meat, making it soft and delicate on the palate. Coppiello's charcuterie tradition has also been recognized at the European level: in 2020, we were included in the "Borghi d'Europa: the tasty stops of the pork butchers' route," a project that celebrates artisanal excellence.
